Kitch is officially entering its next era! It’s time to share our updated name, unveil the brand’s fresh look and launch our new website.

WHY NOW?

With an exciting year of growth ahead and a clear 5-year vision mapped out, it was clear that it was the perfect moment to launch a new website.

We’re proud to work with an incredible line-up of clients and a powerhouse team of women, we wanted to do their work justice. Plus, our services are always pivoting in line with the ever-evolving nature of social media and we needed a more current website to reflect this. The aim was to showcase the agency’s successes more visually and succinctly signpost our services.

We are always growing our community, and the website was also required to facilitate a more practical solution for sharing our expertise with those we are connected with. The brief was to build a space where we can deliver insights, share the latest industry news and promote upcoming events.

Going All In

With The Food Brand Guys and Simon at Novel in place to design and build the new site, we sat down to kick the plans off. Both know us well and have worked with Kitch before. One thing led to another, and it was quickly realised that ultimately we had outgrown our old branding.

Internally we have hugely evolved over the last couple of years and took the unexpected opportunity (cheers Covid) to nail who we are as an agency and what we do. This shift hadn’t yet been translated to our external comms, it was time to own who we are. A strategic social agency with a well-earned reputation for growing thriving communities and supercharging brands online.

Based on these conversations, the brief was dialled up to include a rebrand. A new logo, a fresh colour palette and a style guide to boot. We also recognised that our clients, partners and team all know us as ‘Kitch’ – not ‘Kitch Media’, a rebrand gifted us the chance to drop ‘Media’ from our name. At 12 years old, this was an opportunity for Kitch to enter its teenage years with a more mature identity.

Brand Roll Out

Andy and Paul at The Food Brand Guys nailed our logo redesign. They crafted a wordmark that completely embodies Kitch and the direction we want to take the agency. The new colour palette is made up of earthy natural tones, and there remains a nod to our previous branding with the playful coral accent colour.

Armed with the new brand kit and a library of beautiful brand imagery shot by the talented Helen Cawte, Simon at Novel translated our brief perfectly. He built a website we are enormously proud of, it brilliantly showcases what we do and our amazing portfolio of clients across the food & drink, hospitality and lifestyle industries.
