The Challenge
Gusbourne came to Kitch with a clear goal: to grow their social media following and boost engagement across platforms. They wanted to deepen their connection with their audience online and bring their premium, detail-led brand experience to life through content and conversation.
Our Approach
We delivered a refined organic social strategy that paired elevated, story-driven content with thoughtful, real-time community engagement. From celebrating seasonal moments to showcasing the craftsmanship behind each bottle and Estate events, our content was carefully designed to reflect the quality and character of the Gusbourne brand.
Working closely with key brand partners, we also created collaborative content that added richness to the feed and introduced Gusbourne to new, like-minded audiences. These partnerships helped amplify reach across social, allowing the brand to connect more widely while staying true to its premium positioning.
Alongside content creation, we managed day-to-day platform activity and provided seven-day community management to ensure timely responses, consistent presence and genuine, ongoing connections with the Gusbourne audience.
RESULTS
Over a 12-month period, Gusbourne’s social presence saw strong, sustained growth. Their follower count increased by 26% to 46.7K and engagement rose by 62%, with more than 45.4K interactions across content. Impressions exceeded 25.8 million – a 10% increase – while overall reach grew by 13%, totalling over 19 million.
