The Challenge

f’real approached Kitch with a clear goal: to build stronger brand awareness in the UK and position f’real as the go-to milkshake brand. The focus was on creating cultural relevance, growing social reach and building an engaged online community that turned curiosity into cravings.

Our Approach

We developed a social-first strategy focused on building community, increasing brand visibility and creating content that felt playful, relatable and instantly shareable. Together with the f’real team, we established a brand voice that was approachable and inclusive while still celebrating the premium quality of the product.

We managed f’real’s presence across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, delivering platform-specific content tailored to different audiences and behaviours.

To keep the content fun and community-led, we created a mix of vox pops, lifestyle content, product storytelling and launch campaigns, including the Raspberry & White Chocolate milkshake launch. Content focused on integrating f’real naturally into everyday moments while educating audiences on the real ingredients and quality behind the brand.

Alongside content creation, we managed day-to-day platform activity and seven-day community management, ensuring consistent engagement, timely responses and genuine connections with the growing f’real audience.

In just over three months, f’real achieved strong growth across all social platforms, generating 341.78K total reach and significantly increasing audience engagement and brand awareness.
