Exploring Charlotte, North Carolina as Peach 20/20’s Social Media Partner

In May, we headed to Charlotte, North Carolina as the social media partner for Peach 20/20’s Atlantic Club, capturing content, documenting the experience, and bringing the event to life across social channels.

Alongside creating content throughout the trip, we had the opportunity to explore some of Charlotte’s most exciting hospitality, leisure and lifestyle destinations. Safe to say, the city exceeded expectations.

Charlotte feels like a city on the rise. There’s an unmistakable energy about the place, with major brands investing in the area and significant growth happening across the city. It’s clean, welcoming and incredibly easy to navigate. Students benefit from free rail travel into the city centre, and everywhere we went we experienced exceptional hospitality and service. Add in the beautiful weather and it’s easy to see why so many people are choosing to make Charlotte home.

Hospitality Highlights

One of the standout experiences was gaining exclusive access to Ten Tenths Motor Club, a unique destination that blends automotive culture, luxury hospitality and community in a way that feels completely fresh.

We also loved visiting Goodyear House. From the front, it looks exactly like a charming residential property, but step through and you’ll discover a vibrant restaurant complete with beautiful outdoor spaces that create an unforgettable atmosphere.

Hawkers delivered exactly what everyone promised it would: incredible food packed with flavour and energy.

Barcelona Wine Bar was another highlight. From the design and ambience through to the food and drinks offering, every detail felt thoughtfully executed.

Although Maman wasn’t quite open during our visit, getting a sneak peek was more than enough to build anticipation. The space looks fantastic and the merchandise alone nearly convinced us to clear some luggage space for the journey home.

Our Favourite Discovery

If we had to pick one standout destination, it would be Rally Pickleball.

The venue combines sport, technology and socialising brilliantly, creating an experience that’s as competitive as it is fun. The scale of the space, the quality of the facilities and the sense of community among members all left a lasting impression.

What makes the concept even stronger is its relationship with neighbouring sister venue Henrietta’s. Together, the two venues create their own ecosystem, allowing guests to move seamlessly between activity and hospitality. It’s a smart model that encourages longer visits and stronger community engagement.

Sustainability Meets Experience

Another major highlight was Sixty Vines.

Their concept is simple but powerful: 60 wines on tap, dramatically reducing glass waste across the business while delivering a premium guest experience. Sustainability is built into the operation without compromising quality. Combined with outstanding food and service, it was one of the most impressive hospitality concepts we visited during the trip.

Why Charlotte Matters

Charlotte’s growth story is impossible to ignore.

Home to the seventh busiest airport in the world and welcoming approximately 157 new residents every day, the city is attracting talent, investment and ambitious brands at an incredible pace.

For hospitality, leisure and lifestyle businesses looking for their next growth market, Charlotte feels like a city full of opportunity. After spending time there as Peach 20/20’s social media partner, capturing content and experiencing the city’s best venues first-hand, it’s easy to understand why so many brands are choosing to invest in its future.

We’ll definitely be back.
